  • Ingredients: Glutinous rice, red beans, green beans, peanuts, red dates, lotus seeds, goji berries, rock sugar, water
  • Instructions:
    1. Rinse all ingredients and put them into the rice cooker with enough water.
    2. Close the lid and cook until all ingredients are soft and well-cooked.
    3. Add rock sugar to taste, continue cooking until the sugar dissolves.
    4. Serve and enjoy.

2. Thai Tom Yum Soup

  • Ingredients: Shrimp, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, Thai chili peppers, mushrooms, lime juice, fish sauce, chicken broth, cilantro
  • Instructions:
    • Pour chicken broth into the rice cooker, add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and Thai chili peppers. Bring to a boil.
    • Add shrimp and sliced mushrooms, continue cooking until shrimp are cooked through.
    • Add lime juice and fish sauce to taste.
    • Garnish with cilantro and serve.

3. Indian Spiced Chicken Rice (Biryani)

  • Ingredients: Rice, chicken pieces, onions, tomatoes, yogurt, various spices (such as cumin, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, chili powder), cilantro, mint leaves
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook rice in the rice cooker.
    2. Add chicken pieces, sliced onions, tomatoes, and yogurt.
    3. Add the spices and mix well.
    4. Close the lid and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through and the rice and spices are well blended.
    5. Garnish with cilantro and mint leaves before serving.

4. Thai Coconut Chicken Rice

  • Ingredients: Rice, chicken breast pieces, coconut milk, red curry paste, carrot chunks, green peas, onion chunks, fish sauce, sugar
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook rice in the rice cooker.
    2. Add chicken breast pieces, carrot chunks, green peas, and onion chunks.
    3. Pour in coconut milk and red curry paste, add fish sauce and a bit of sugar to taste.
    4. Close the lid and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through and all ingredients are well mixed.

5. Rice Cooker Korean Bibimbap

  • Ingredients: Rice, julienned carrots, spinach, mushroom slices, bean sprouts, beef strips, egg, Korean chili paste (Gochujang), sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook rice in the rice cooker.
    2. Add julienned carrots, spinach, mushroom slices, and bean sprouts to the rice cooker, with a bit of soy sauce and minced garlic.
    3. Place beef strips in the middle, add soy sauce and sesame oil.
    4. Close the lid and cook for a few more minutes until the beef is done.
    5. Crack an egg on top, add a spoonful of Korean chili paste.
    6. Mix well before serving.

6. Japanese Unagi Don

  • Ingredients: Rice, eel slices, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, water, ginger slices, chopped green onions
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook rice in the rice cooker.
    2. Place eel slices on top of the rice.
    3. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water, then pour over the eel.
    4. Close the lid and cook for a few more minutes until the eel is heated through.
    5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
