⚠️Factors will affect the insulation:
• Amount of Food:
If the food is less than 3/4 of the insulated lunch box, it may reduce the insulation capability.

• Original Temperature of Food:
We suggest heating the food to a temperature high enough to get a good insulation result. The higher the initial temperature of the food, the better the insulation effect.

• How To Remove Stains:
Use boiled vinegar or neutral detergent to remove the stain or oil remaining in the manufacturing process, weld dust and marks may left while packing. Please clean it immediately after each use and dry it with a towel after each wash.
